About the Event
The Nonprofit Council in partnership with Masters Leadership Program is proud to offer our membership The Leadership Challenge Workshop. This intensive 2-day workshop is limited to 20 attendees only – which makes it a very personal/hands-on workshop experience for any “C”Suite employee! What makes Leadership Challenge different? The Leadership Challenge® is an evidenced based, heavily researched and results-oriented leadership development process created by bestselling authors Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner. It is supported by over 30 years of collaborative research and evidence from over 3 million leaders. Participants will experience and apply The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® and learn how to apply them in their own leadership development journey!
Through the LPI360 assessment you will gain important feedback on your leadership behaviors from direct reports, co-workers, and your manager. With this in hand you will create a personal development plan.
A follow up personal leadership coaching session is included in your registration fee.
