Now that you know what board members should be doing and you have recruited, nominated and elected the right board members, it is time to make them a part of your team.

Onboarding is more than a briefing, it is a continuous and collective effort. Orientation is more than a day, it is a process. Join us for this presentation which will focus on developing a journey of discovery of the organization for the board members. The journey should be intentional, manageable and powerful.
